VENOM STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING MAX LOG AND DEADLIFT 2026

THE RETURN OF THE MAX LOG AND DEADLIFT! Finish 2026 with a bang and bag yourself a brand new Deadlift and/or Log one rep max at Venom Strength and Conditioning, the home of Norfolk Strongest!

There are two options for those wishing to take part:

1. Lift for the fun! Smash a PB, no worrying about weigh ins or what anyone else does. This is you versus you 💪

2. Or, if you do have a competitive streak and want to see how you place against others, pick a category to compete in, and there will be trophies/medals for podium finishers.

Rules & Info

Registration and on the day weigh ins will be at 0900, with an eye to start first lifts at 1000

Deadlift suits will be allowed for anyone who wishes to use one. Three nominated lifts, standard or figure 8 straps allowed, hitching permitted, no sumo, no dropping.

Grip shirts are allowed on log, should you wish. Push, strict, jerk, however you wish, as long as its locked out and you receive the down command.
