QUALIFICATIONS TO ENTER
- Born in Wales.
- Lived in Wales for 3+ years.
- Married to a Welsh person and also reside in Wales.
- If one of your parents is Welsh.

MASTERS MUST BE 40+ YEARS OLD OF THE DAY OF COMPETITION
24 hour weigh in available at Compound Gym (more information on this closer to the time).
Alternatively you can weigh in on the day of the competition at the Compound.
Masters and Opens - you do not need to weigh in.

EVENT ONE
Max axle overhead
Minimum weight 40kg
3 nominated lifts + 1 for record attempt
All types of cleans are allowed
EVENT TWO
Deadlift for reps
There will be 3 bars of increasing weight. You'll have 75 seconds to get as many reps on 1, 2 or all 3 bars as you can. 1 rep on a heavier bar will beat any reps on a lighter bar.
U64) 100kg + 120kg + 150kg
U73 + Masters) 110kg + 130kg + 160kg
U82) 120kg + 140kg + 170kg
Open) 130kg + 150kg + 180kg
Suits allowed, all types of straps allowed. No oil or talc
EVENT THREE
Husafell sandbag for max distance
15 metres lengths, 1st pick up will be from a box.
No time limit 1 drop allowed but the bag must be picked up within 10 seconds.
U64 + Masters) 60kg
U73 + U82) 80kg
Open) 100kg
All chalk allowed
No grip tops
EVENT FOUR
Chain drag into farmers walk
A chain must be dragged 10 metres
Then Farmers for 10 metres back
U64) Chain + Farmers 60kg
U73 + Masters) Chain + Farmers 65kg
U82) Chain + Farmers 70kg
Open) Chain + Farmers 75kg

EVENT FIVE
The Dragon stones
Natural stones over wooden hitching post
Hitching post will be 100cm high
There will be between 8 and 10 stones
Stones must be loaded over the hitching post

No tacky allowed
No grip tops
