Welcome to the start of the Griffin Strength Series. Kicking off with Warringtons Static Strength Championships. Think your the strongest static lifter in your category? Get down to Titan gym on 29th November and prove it 😎 or do you simply want to have fun, attempt some PB’s or see where you stack against like minded athletes. Then get booked on!

- Farmers hold for max time
Athlete entry from 08:30 and briefing at 09:00. First lift at 10am.
Rules
3 chosen lifts on Log. Must lock out and wait for down signal. Grip tops allowed. Sleeves and wrist wraps allowed.
3 chosen lifts on Deadlift. (Deadlift Bar) Must lock out and wait for down signal. Suits allowed, deadlift straps allowed. No figure 8’s. Must not drop the bar.
3 chosen lifts on Monster Dumbbell. Must lock out and wait for down signal. Grip tops allowed. Sleeves and wrist wraps allowed.
Farmers Hold for Max Time. No straps allowed.
Prizes for winners of each category.
Trophies for all on podium across all categories.
