Event 1 – 12” Deadlift for Reps

Format: Maximum reps from a 12” height

Time Limit: 60 seconds

Rules & Notes:

 • All kit allowed

 • Chalk is permitted

 • No baby oil

 • Straps, belts, and suits are fine

 • Reps must be locked out and controlled at the top


Event 2 – Top-Loaded Viking Press

Format: Press for maximum reps

Time Limit: 60 seconds

Rules & Notes:

 • All kit allowed except double sleeves

 • Strict press or push press only — no jerk technique

 • Must show full lockout and control overhead

 • As many reps as possible within the time limit


Event 3 – Heavy Yoke Run

Format: 10m yoke carry for time

Time Limit: 60 seconds

Rules & Notes:

 • All kit allowed

 • Drops are permitted — you may re-pick as needed

 • Fastest time wins

 • If not completed, distance covered will be taken


Event 4 – Grip Medley

Format: 3 grip pick-ups + 10m Farmers Walk (heavy, high pickup)

Time Limit: 60 seconds

Rules & Notes:

 • All kit allowed

 • Complete three grip challenges in sequence, then perform the Farmers Walk

 • Farmers: heavy implements, high pickup height

 • Split times and distance on the Farmers will be taken if not finished

 • Fastest completion or furthest distance wins


Event 5 – Stones Over Yokes

Format: Stones loaded over three yokes of different heights

Time Limit: 60 seconds (split timed)

Rules & Notes:

 • Competitors must complete each double before moving to the next yoke

 • All kit allowed (chalk, tacky, sleeves, belts, etc.)

 • Split times will be taken for partial completions

 • Fastest full run or most stones loaded wins.
