Here At Barons Fitness, We have an extensive range of gym equipment to cover a wide range of different fitness and strength goals. We have multiple platform spaces and an extensive amount of free weight equipment, bumper plates and steel.

Classes

Late night lifting club- Wednesday nights 8:30 - 9:30pm (ish)

Covering a range of different exercises from static to moving events for all aspects of Strongman and Powerlifting based on the gym floor here at Barons Fitness. Non members welcome. All classes are run by our Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach and competitive strongman David Mort

We are currently investing into more platform spaces and a wider range of strongman equipment. Watch this space!
