We are a purpose built strongman/powerlifting & arm wrestling gym founded in January 2023.
A primarily personal training space, our mantra is to never be busy and as such keep memberships capped at very low numbers to keep everything accessible at all times of the day.
We have an on site cafe and meal prep company in The Powerbar Cafe offering a variety of meals/snacks/drinks and supplements to fuel your training.
Also on site physiotherapist and massage therapist and a classroom where we teach personal training and other courses. The classroom is also available for rent to external training providers.
