Powerlifting- steel comp plates up to 420kg on the bar. Powerbars, specialist accessory bars, monolift, spotter deck bench, board press, deadlift blocks, chains and bands.
Functional fitness- Giant rig for toes to bar, ring muscle and bar muscle ups, plyo boxes,kettlebells up to 32kg, battleropes and rope climbes, concept 2 ski erg and c2 rowing machines. Assault bikes and outdoor 400m loop and 100m sprint.
