This new facility not only caters for abled body clients but we’re also the The UK’s ONLY adaptive strongman facility with a large number of specialist kit, home to Rebecca Slater the Worlds Strongest Disabled Woman and multiple world record holder.
We also boast a fully accessible recovery suite including an ice bath and sauna.
We strongly believe that the gym is the greatest tool to improve your mental health and due to the current cost of living crisis we’ll be offering free sessions to anyone that can’t afford the gym, just drop us a message to book a spot.
We’ll also be offering discounts to veterans and blue light card holders.

We offer Strongman Classes every Saturday Morning 10-12.
This is a 2 hour events session where we'll coach you through atleast 3 events in depth.
Open to all abilities and experience ranges.
