Eternal Strength League
The Eternal Strength League is a new competition platform for strength athletes who want something different. Built on simple, demanding events and accessible rules, the League strips away the gimmicks and focuses on raw ability, grit, and repeatable performance. 

With both online and in-person contests, every athlete can take part - whether you’re chasing your first numbers on the board or testing yourself against the best. Membership runs through to the end of 2026 and gives access to all ESL events, leagues, and trials. 

No divisions based on politics or paywalls. Just strength, skill, and the will to endure.
