Conquer the Castle is back for 2025!

Cost £40 per participant (Non refundable unless event cancelled) including event program and competitor t shirt.

The event will be held outside with indoor athletes area to hold kit etc in case of wet weather. Event will go ahead rain or shine. Some event may be subject to change weather dependent. TBC on the day.

Events include

Event 1 : Axle Deadlift TBC

Event 2 : Pressing event TBC

Event 3 : Sandbag steeple chase 10 m over 46" bar 10 m x 2

Event 4 : Farmers walk 15 m / 15 m (Weights TBC (planning to be fairly heavy)

Event 5 : Max distance Yoke carry in 60 seconds 10 m track (Weights TBC)
