4 categories spread across 2 days Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st of July ! 5 events to find out who the strongest man in the East Midlands is!

intermediate:Sunday 21st

2 bar option any weight with heavier beats lower weight if you watched Britain’s strongest man this year it’s the same event 👌
