Get a Gripmas Competition 2023

It’s time for the xmas themed version of our Get a Grip competition.
Expect more of the same devious and challenging grip events except with a Xmas theme to them!
£5 entry to be paid via PayPal friends and family to PayPal.me/hullsstrongestman
All weights subject to change.
Only provided Gods of Grip chalk to be used.
Men and Womens categories. Trophy for best male and best female.
Max 15 athletes each category.

Santas helping hand - Max weight lifted.
Start at 50kg for men 30kg for women increasing by 5kg each round. No skipped lifts.

The Christmas bauble - Max weight to be lifted on the Gods of Grip 120mm ball. Starting at 10kg for men, 5kg for women. 1.25kg jumps each round. No skipped lifts.

Reindeer Antler hold for time - 100kg for men, 50kg for women. Weight can be held against the legs but no leaning backwards to support the weight.

Santa Griphedz - Special custom made griphedz from Gods of Grip for Gripmas competition. Max weight to be lifted. Starting weights tbc

Chain hoist - 40kg for men, 20kg for women fastest time to raise the chain to full height.
