Max Overhead (From Jerk Blocks)

The max overhead! Athletes will have 3 attempts to put the heaviest weight overhead.

Front rack or Behind the Neck allowed! Split jerks, push press, strict press, push jerk all ok. No Wraps - sleeves only.

BodyPower olympic plate and barbell

Spartan Deadlift Ladder

The Spartan Deadlift Ladder!

Athletes will have to lift 4 bars (2 Stiff, 1 DL, 1 Kratos) with Atlas Stones Hanging off the Bars.

Sponsored by Spartan Atlas Stones

Bar heights TBC - but minimum 9", rising as the stones get bigger.

All straps okay.

Suits allowed.

Talc allowed

NO BABY OIL

Yoke

10M Yoke Race

Trump Style - so both men and women will have a heavy and light option.

Athletes will have 20s/30s (TBD) to complete the 10m course. Drops are allowed.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE - COMPLETING THE COURSE WITH EITHER WEIGHT, TRUMPS DISTANCE.

What this means, if you pick the heavy option, but don't finish the course, a completed course with the light option will beat your distance. This makes it a gamble to go for the heavier option, and will stop people just doing 1m to beat the lighter weight.

This will be on tarmac.

Do you have the minerals to go for the heavy option??

Hercules hold

Hercules Hold for Max Time!

Sponsored by Gods of Grip

There is a strong likelihood I will choose a mystery handle for the guys and girls to really test their overall grip strength!

Who knows...

All we know is, it's gonna suck. Bad.

Shield carry

Max Distance Shield carry - round a "pen" made of cones.

No tacky or anything sticky. Hands and forearms will be checked.

All chalks are fine, sleeves fine. No resting on belt. No grip tops.

Mark Jarrett Commercials Truck Pull

Truck Pull (Rope & harness) for time!

Gonna be spicy

Fastest time wins - if you don't finish the course, time will be taken.

Course length tbd.
