Strongman Competition Participant Waiver

Event Name: Haynes Farm Open 2025
Event Date:12-13th April 2025

1. Assumption of Risk:
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participating in a strongman competition involves rigorous physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation in this event.

2. Waiver of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Haynes Farm Open 2025, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, Haynes Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or connected to my participation in this event.

3. No Refunds Policy:
I understand and agree that all entry fees, registration fees, and any other payments made for the Haynes Farm Open 2025 are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to injury, illness, event cancellation due to weather, or other unforeseen events beyond the organizers' control.

4. Medical Clearance:
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or health conditions that would prevent or limit my participation in this competition. I agree to seek medical attention promptly if needed during or after the event and accept responsibility for any related costs.

5. Personal Responsibility:
I agree to abide by all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event organizers and staff. I understand that failing to do so may result in my disqualification or removal from the event.

6. Media Release:
I grant permission to Haynes Farm and its representatives to use photographs, video footage, or other media of me taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers and associated parties from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from my actions or participation in this event.

8. Confirmation of Understanding:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I am aware that signing this document waives my legal rights and that I am giving up the ability to hold the event organizers or associated parties liable for any injuries or damages I may incur.
