Starting with overhead of choice from log or axle (10 inch log available if needed (from 32kg)) Log is IFSA spec 50kg empty. Deadlift on a deadlift bar from standard height only.
Then dumbbell from a choice of loadable monster dumbbells including a wilton curved bell, there is a monster loadable from 12.5kg for lighter attempts right up to the gigantic 14 inch 3ft 'biggest dumbbell in the world'!
Strength shop circus dumbbells can also come out!
