At the end of the event we always finish with the Together We Lift Tandem Deadlift, reinforcing teamwork and shared effort under load. We come together as a collective allow you to deadlift with anyone in attendance on the day, it has been know that the coaches quite enjoy getting involved too 😉
An optional Max Out station will also be available for those who want to test their limits in a controlled, supportive environment.
