Buds Fitness are proud to host our totally non for profit Together We Lift.
In 2022 we hosted one event in Atherstone and raised nearly £500.
In 2023 we hosted one event in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire and raised nearly £3000.
In 2024 we took our events on the road and raised;
- £2579 - for Mental Health Aberdeen with Nicola Buchan at NBFitness in Peterhead.
- £883 - for Mental Health Matters at the BHF Priory Centre.
- £2055 - for CPSL Mind at Sawtry Academy Leisure.
Our journey for 2025 started in Derbyshire with and incredible event hosted at The Unit in Ilkeston by Dean Butler and we raised another amazing £1973 this time for Derbyshire Mind.
Through 2025, we aim to put on a further 9 events across the UK with an ambition to raise over £20,000 for localised Mental Health Charities!
