Buds Fitness are proud to host our totally non for profit Deadlifts Over Depression events. 

In 2022 we hosted one event in Atherstone and raised nearly £500.
In 2023 we hosted one event in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire and raised nearly £3000.

2024 will see us host multiple Deadlift Over Depression events over the UK with the hope of spreading the message of Deadlifts Over Depression across the UK, whilst also raising money for the local mental health charity of the hosting venue.

In 2024 Buds Fitness will be working closely with Ashley Lapidge of ALFitness, as well as Matt Nice and Hannah Fitzgerald of Nova Performance to pull off a women's only strength league!

Podium sponsorship

Throughout 2024 Buds Fitness will be the proud podium sponsor for ALL ALFitness events. Meaning that if you make the top three at an ALFitness Strongman or Strongwomen event in 2024 you will receive an exciting Buds Fitness Goodie bag, as well as trophy for finishing on the podium. Buds Fitness are incredibly proud of this sponsorship opportunity as it is allowing us to give back to the sport that we love so much, and arguably kept Liam with us today.
