3 nominated lifts (a 4th is allowed for record breaking)

Choose from log or axle.

(Opening lifts on log of 50kg or more will
Be on the 13 inch log. Any opening lifts under 50kg will be on the 10 inch log and you’ll complete all lifts on that log.

Straps all allowed, suits allowed. No sumo. (If any sumo lifters wish to come and guest lift,feel free to enter)

U64, U73, U82, OPENS & MASTERS & JUNIORS womens.

U80, U90, U105, OPENS, MASTERS, JUNIORS MENS.

(Juniors cannot be turning 24 in 2024)
(Masters must be 40 on the day of competition or older)
