The events:
EVENT 1 - Max Axle FTOH
3 nominated lifts (opener to be given on sign-in).
Running order will be lightest-heaviest opener.
The set up will be on a solid axle (not fixed) from drop pads (so slightly raised)
Grip tops & sleeves allowed (and recommended!).
EVENT 2 - MAX BAG THROW
SPONSORED BY STRENGTH REGISTER
Bar Height 4m - Bags will be available from 4-36kg (2kg jumps).
Athletes have 1 minute to get the heaviest weight they can over the bar - heaviest bag wins - athletes can start on any weight.
EVENT 3 - CAMBRIDGE DEADLIFT FOR REPS
Raised axle deadlift for reps - 12" pull height.
No suits.
WN - 100kg
WI - 140kg
MN - 200kg
MI - 250kg
MO - 300kg
EVENT 4 - HAY BALE SUPER YOKE (15M)
Two custom immense strength yokes - kitted out with hay bales - this is gonna look epic.
Footrace over 15m. Drops allowed but no sliding.
WN - 110kg
WI - 160kg
MN - 240kg
MI - 320kg
MO - 400kg
EVENT 5 - The Cultivator (MYSTERY EVENT - no not that one again)
A new - equally as devious mystery event
All weights and events are subject to change - obviously we'll do our best to keep it the same wherever possible!

Any tied points for podium will be settled with a Gods of Grip tie-breaker. I've warned you in advance!
