Log FTOH - Max reps in 60 secs

Beginners - 35kg (8" log)

Novice - 45kg (8" log)

Inters - 55kg (11" log)

Opens - 65kg (13" log)

18" Deadlift - MAX weight, 3 attempts (no suits)

Beginners - Minimum weight 80kg

Novice - Minimum weight 80kg

Inters - Minimum weight 120kg

Opens - Minimum weight 120kg

Event 3

Sandbag Steeplechase - 75 secs

(10m carry, load over yoke, 10m carry, load to platform x 2 bags)

Beginners - 40kg & 50kg

Novice - 50kg & 60kg

Inters - 70kg & 80kg

Opens - 80kg & 90kg

Event 4

Hercules Hold - MAX time

Beginners - 40kg

Novice - 50kg

Inters - 55kg

Opens - 60kg

Don't worry, it's not that bad and it won't matter if you've never trained it before. No-one will know this event until the day so you will all be at the exact same level of preparedness.
