2024 log and deadlift championship!
30th of November, 5 categories 2 lifts to find out who the statically strongest man and woman is!
Log: 3 attempts per athlete there will be a minimum opener for each category then you will have 3 attempts after.
The log will be done on mst log pads and a big dogs wooden log! Grip tops are allowed.
Deadlift:
3 attempts per athlete there will be a minimum opener for each category then you will have 3 attempts after.
The deadlift will be done on a strength shop deadlift bar, suits and straps are allowed.
