Together We Lift, Cambridgeshire

 Together we rise. Together we are stronger. Together We Lift in aid of CPSL Mind.

This event is a totally-non-for-profit mental health meet. The aim is to raise as much money and awareness for mental health, whilst normalising mental health conversations.

** OPEN TO ALL ABILITIES - BEGINNERS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED **

Please arrive at the venue no later than 915am for registration. At registration you will receive you event bag, which will include your event T Shirt which must be worn on the day.

On the day you will lift in equal ability groups, and will lift across four event stations, spending 40 minutes per stations, where the event coach will work with you to hit a potential personal best.

Event Stations Include:

* Tradition Deadlift

* Log Press (three weights of log)

* Sandbag to shoulder

* Sled drag and pull

The day will conclude with us coming together for the Team Deadlift where you will get the opportunity to lift together!

All profits from this event will go directly to CPSL Mind. We came so close to £3000 last year, and it would be increase to exceed that this year.
