NHS Strongest – Strength Beyond the Shift is a new strongman and strongwoman competition exclusively for NHS staff. Our vision is to celebrate the strength, resilience and dedication of healthcare professionals while promoting physical wellbeing, community and charitable fundraising. We’re also developing partnerships with universities to explore the role of functional strength training in supporting the NHS workforce. We’re currently seeking athletes, supporters and partners to help bring this initiative to life.
