The Unit is an elite strongman training and competition venue located near Colchester. We host strongman competitions in a dedicated environment built specifically for strength athletes.

Our competitions are, and always will be, athlete focused. Every decision is made with the aim of creating the best possible experience for competitors and spectators alike, from clear standards and well-run events to a professional but welcoming atmosphere.

We run competitions across all levels, from amateur and novice classes through to high-level pro strongmen and strongwomen, providing a clear pathway for progression and performance.
